Circle Rewards is a digital loyalty program managed by Village Market Mall. Members of the program can enjoy benefits and earn points which are redeemable for rewards at the Mall. The Program is accessible only via the Circle Rewards mobile application, where users must create an account. By participating, Members agree to the Programme's Terms and Conditions, including future amendments by the Mall. The Mall may accept or reject any applicant at its discretion without explanation. Creating an account signifies acceptance of the App’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and consent to data collection and processing.
Membership & Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Each Member receives a unique non-transferable account. Multiple accounts submitting others' receipts or using others' rewards is prohibited.
- Circle Rewards may merge or terminate duplicate accounts and is not liable for any loss of privileges from such actions.
- During registration applicants must provide their name, email, and registered mobile number.
- Members must keep their information accurate and current. Providing false information can lead to suspension or termination.
- Membership starts upon activation and is lifelong unless Circle Rewards sets an expiry date or cancels it without liability.
- To terminate membership, written notice must be provided to Circle Rewards. Upon termination, all Points are forfeited.
- Breaching the Terms or abusing Programme rights can result in legal action, membership termination, and loss of privileges with offenders potentially being blacklisted.
Earning and Redeeming Points
- Members can earn Points by submitting images of receipts from qualifying purchases within 24 hours through the App.
- Only original receipts from participating retailers are accepted.
- Points are credited instantly or within 24 hours of receipt submission and notified via the App.
- Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are awarded based on the net purchase value after discounts. There are limits on the number of receipts and points that can be earned.
- Misuse, such as submitting exchange receipts, can lead to investigation and membership termination.
- Points from returns or refunds can be voided by Circle Rewards without notice.
- Defective or non-compliant receipts may result in no Points being credited.
- Points expire at the end of each calendar year with a three-month grace period for redemption. Extensions are not allowed.
- Points balance and validity can be checked through the App.
Intellectual Property
No license or right to use any trademarks related to the Programme is granted without written permission.
No Representations or Warranties
- Information in the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Circle Rewards does not guarantee the accuracy, security, or uninterrupted access to the App and Programme.
Exclusion of Liability
- Circle Rewards is not liable for any damages or losses related to the use of the App and Programme.
- Liability exclusions cover acts of employees, system failures, service interruptions, and data breaches.
Indemnity
Members agree to indemnify Circle Rewards for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from their actions or breaches of the Terms.
Data Collection
- Data related to transactions and App usage may be collected for operation, marketing, and analysis purposes.
- Members consent to their data being collected, used, and disclosed as per the Privacy Policy.
Discretion of Circle Rewards
- Circle Rewards reserves the right to amend or cancel any part of the Programme at its discretion without liability.
- Decisions regarding the Programme are final and binding on Members.
